Agip KCO

Design and provide generator synchronising switchboard suitable for operation of 3 x 800kva Cummins DG sets with facility to synchronise short time to the local supply

Westac Power

Design and provide a number of soft start motor control pump switchboards for a major water irrigation project in Sudan

Eastern Contracting

Upgrading of the existing 750Kva generator controls being used for stand-by power at West Suffolk Hospital NHS Trust site in Bury St Edmonds to enable the generators and CHP plant to operate in parallel and parallel with the local utility network.

The contract involved our designing, supplying and fitting at site new microprocessor based equipment "InteliSys" for each generator along with mains paralleling and G59 relay. The solution minimised the expenditure needed by working with the existing governor, AVR generator and changeover circuit breakers.

C&PS Ltd engineers then carried out the full generator system commissioning along with G59 tests to the satisfaction of the end client.

ESB

A number of protection panels have been supplied to the Electricity Supply Board (Ireland). These are used on major wind farm projects throughout Ireland.

DNO Yemen

Design and provide a motor control centre switchboard 3000A rated fitted with various 30-200hp rated soft start controls. The MCC was controlled from our programmable logic controller (Allen Bradley PLC) based remote outstation that monitored motor and pump parameters as well starting and stopping motors as required.

Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon

Design and provide a full packaged water turbine control system which included the supply of a single 33kv 3750kva rated cast resin transformer, PLC based turbine control panel suite and low voltage switchboard and transformer for a major hydro electric power plant in Scotland.
